How I Started:
I've always been into sports and then when I was 14, I started to run and joined my first gym in Basingstoke England, then I was hooked. I grew up watching WWF so watching the muscle gave me the inspiration. I then followed my ambition and studied Health & Fitness via Uni and found out more, and worked in a gym, and enjoyed being around like minded people. I was in the best shape in DEC-March 2009 as I trained daily in the evenings with my mate John down Fitness First, along with doing HITT sprints during my lunch hour from work. Trying to gain that back.
Why I Love It:
I just enjoy how my body looks and feels when I'm in shape, I like to push my levels to see how far I get.
I do sports such as football/soccer and have just started kickboxing as well as MMA Conditioning to get me more cut. I defo wanna keep as active as I can.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard, I'm up and down all the time, I definately need a training partner that works well for me and keeps me motivated. I'm in the process of moving to Florida and am looking forward to the challenge of up taking Boxing as some form of fitness and cardio. I just love to improve and be at my best.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont compete in Bodybuilding but my biggest achievement to date is completing the New Forest half marathon in under 2 hours, 13.1 miles in under 2 hours, and that fact that I had a goal and trained myself, showed discipline and dedication.

Goal (Long):
I have admired the girls that have a nice set of Abs and have an athletic and lean 'look' about them. I do not dream of being huge or big but lean, and be athletic. I currently compete in Sports such as Kickboxing, and do it 3 times a week as well as MMA Conditioning circuits 3 times also. But my main passon is Soccer, and speed. Back in the UK when I played for my home team Basingstoke Town Ladies, I was the fastest player on the team, and that is because I joined athletics and trained hard to maintain and always improve. It was such a great feeling to fly past players on speed and leave them 10 yards behind.
So my goal in a bit more depth is for my body image to have that desciption of a trained athlete as well as maintain my fundamentals of quickness and speed in Soccer,and always improve in my new passion for Mixed Martial Arts.
