take this diet seriously and work out. sticking to my goals and plans would be nice too.
Goal (Long):
I am wayyyy overwieght for my height and age. i need to lose weight and tone a bit, plus i feel being healthier and leaner will make me a happier person. i want to lose 3 pants sizes by summer, even if it is the end of summer. i also want to lose the right amount of weight/ be the right size inch wise for my height by september.
so its been a while. sorry i havent written. ive been sorta busy lately. after having the flu, my grandmother passed and the funeral and wake and school stuff and work have consumed me. i guess i have to start my diet over, becuase the weight i lost i gained back already and i have been lazy...
Remember you can always get back on track if you mess up. You have a lot of friends on line at BB.com who will be behind you without putting you down because you are having a go, keep it up.
You have started that is what matters. The buzz will come just keep going, work hard see the results, as you drop weight and training gets more fun you will want to go harder to do better then the body shape changes and you want more, it is a great cycle and you will learn to love the burn!!. GO GIRL
My wife and I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and we got them following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. Push yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
