I'm taking a few weeks off from grip training to let my hands rest a little. A couple of weeks ago I got 4 bending pr's. I paid 34.95 for the rolling thunder, plus 42.95 for the loading pin and carabiner (not including shipping).

I'll be doing grip machine negatives on Tues and gripper work on Sat. If you're looking for a cheap way to train your grip get Mastery of Hand Strength by John Brookfield. Most of his ideas for grip training are very cheap.
