hey man, thanks for the add. I dont really have a program that i follow. You can take a look at my blogs and i list some workouts there. I mostly get workouts from FLEX or MD mags. If you are looking for a routine check out a book called H.U.G.E. by flex its got a years worth routine in it. train hard.
