Im 18 now, and my pics are two years old. My legs are quite a bit bigger now, and IMO one of my strong points now. Ill post some pics in a few days.

LOL. Bro you have a lot to learn. If you want to take steroids at your age you are not interested in bodybuilding, you are interested in cutting corners. All I can say is google contests in florida. Start reading, cuz you have a LONG way to go before competing.

Thanks. Im 17 now and will be 18 in February. IMO you look better at your first show. I made alot of mistakes dieting and lost a lot of muscle when I went into that show. I was 5'10" tall and 155lbs I got down to about 5-6% bodyfat. Now I am 181lbs and 9% bodyfat, so I think I will be able to compete about 20-25lbs heavier than last year. Thats my goal atleast. How bout you?

well good luck with the bulking from the pics on your bodyspace it loos like your around 9%. You have crappy ab genetics and I have crappy leg genetics, I guess its the luck of the draw. Life sucks sometimes.

well it sounds like your monitoring your body composition pretty rigorously. You seem on top of it. Good luck and I hope you hit your goals on time and in the shape you want to be in.

The keto diet your talking about is a modified keto diet. Trust me bro get off it if your main goal is to gain muscle. I did EXACTLY what you are doing now and lost a lot of muscle. What body fat% are you shootin for before starting to bulk again? 8%?

Thats awesome, but I wouldnt stay on that keto diet too long. There becomes more muscle loss the longer you stay on it. Buy the book Better Than Steroids by Dr. Warren Willey. It tells you how to do a better modified keto diet, and is the best bodybuilding book I have ever read. Your legs are looking pretty sick, keep up the good work.

well good luck dude and keep packing in those calories. I stopped worrying about getting fat and just gaining muscle. I went up to 4600 calories now and im still not getting fat, so id encourage you to eat eat and eat.

I have not been on top of things like I would like to, but I have neem weighin in at about 177 every morning. I anticipate 180 coming up pretty soon. Looks like bulking is going good for you. Have you hit your goal of 160 by august?

I need to post some pics, cuz I have added about 18lbs since my contest and kept about the same conditioning. I was at 4% at the contest and im at about 7% now. You thinking of going pro IFBB, or natural?
