How I Started:
(235lbs at the time)I started working out originally my freshman year of high school because it was a part of our football program. I didn't enjoy it very much and injured myself several time because the coaches pushed us too hard. I re-cooperated and came back my sophmore year (250lbs) and lifted using the correct form and less weight and built my strength quickly by the end of the year I was lifting 500lbs on trap bar the same machine that hurt my back the first year. On to my jr. yr. I pushed myself to new limits after leaving my high school and transfering to another I started lifting with one of my new friends and was lifting 600lbs. on leg press and lost over 50lbs of fat was finally down to my 6th grade weight of 200lbs. After awhile I sorta gave it up school got to complicated and didn't have the time for it. Now 2 years later here I am again determined once and for all to stick to it and get down to 180lbs. with ripped abs and arms of steel.
Why I Love It:
To make my personnel image look better and helps me to keep a positive outlook on life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Girls, lol what else is there? I've always been a big kid and not muscle. I want to look better so I have more self confidence and not be depressed every time I see a girl thats "out of my league."

Goal (Long):
It's been 2years since I've hit the gym, its time I get back in shape. Getting on a nutrition plan to help loose the 20lbs around my waist and take Retaliate to help pump up my arms and chest. The ultimate goal is to trade this "keg" for a "six-pack."
