My dad has had a great influence on my wanting to be a bodybuilder for he has been a lifetime bodybuilder and owned a gym in Brooklyn New york and had Lou Ferrigno work out at his gym and sold equipment to lou's father so he has been a great influence in my life and motivated me to always be fit and be in shape. he's 63 and still looks better than me :)
Why I Love It:
It just its great to go in the gym and all the stress from the day is gone and you can just get pumped up and create a body worth looking at and it just feels amazing to be in shape and live the life i want to live without being held back by any healthy issues.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures of other body builders and just working towards my goal of becoming the best i can.
