Overall Goal:  Today was a huge day for me!! I reached a new goal. My Body fat changed to 12.26%!!!! Hell Yea!!! I am getting closer and closer to my goal!!!

How I Started:
I got started because I want to improve my overal look and health. I have a family that has high Colesterol and also a higher percentage of overweight people in it. I dont want to turn out like everyone else and decided to do something for myself that would help me achieve my goal. Most people go to the gym for the wrong reasons. Its to impress a woman or the one you love. I started at the gym for all the right reasons! For myself and no one else. It has become a huge passion of mine and I will never quit!
Why I Love It:
I love body building because of many reasons. It not only makes me feel good, but also gives me my own identity and time to relax. It is a huge stress releaver for me. I also love to see my body transforming day by day!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because for one it is working and I can see great changes in my appearance and all around health. I have increased my physical activity level in so many ways. When you are doing something you love its easy to stay motivated.

This picture was taken back in 2005 at 240 pounds!! Ill never get that big again!!
These are the most recent photos of me. I am now at 12.26% body fat!! I cant wait to see the abs and get rid off this excess fat!!

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout Log and then I imput it into my laptop to keep track. I like to see my progress
