How I Started:
I got introduced to the gym world trhough football. My first year on JV the coach allowed me to come in before the first class started and work out in the early AM. rest is history. Been an addict ever since.
Why I Love It:
That feeling you have when you just completed a workout, whether it was grueling weight training, or straight cardio, when you're done, you feel incredible. The dedication it takes to maintain your physique is surely not easy, especially in the tri-state. I give props to guy/gals, that i see in the street with a ripped body, becuase I know it is not easy to maintain, let alone acheive.
How I Stay Motivated:
You have your good days and bad days. Some days you can be in the gym all day and not even think twice. Then there are days when you are just dragging. You have to keep in mind why you do it. Its all about a healthy body, mind and spirit. But the true motivation comes from results. When you see your hard work paying off. When you catch those first glimpses of abs peeking out, or that added inch to your chest, arms and legs, or better yet that negative inch on your waistline. Results are the best motivator.

Currently 239. Working towards 230 as a short term goal. I think there's an ab struggling to peak out. lol
Finally got a descent shot of my back. I can see some detail coming through, thickness is there, still need to work on my lats. Not the greates pic, but at least i can see something.

Goal (Long):
At 240lbs, I have descent enough size, however I have never been able to get a ripped physique that I've always wanted. (Could be the fast food, who knows) However, I have rededicated myselt due to some recent medical information. I was diagnosed with Hypertension which means my blood pressure is higher than what is should be.
So that right there is motivation enough to shed some pounds. I'm planning to lose about 20 pounds. But if I can get down to 230, and be defined....I'll be happy.
I think my biggest set back has been adapting to the tradional cardio workouts.....I'm sorry but they bore me to death. So this year I will be more proactive by getting out the house and utilizing the park, basketball courts, and if I have to drag someone to a golf course then dammit thats what I'm gonna do. But I will not be sedentary this year or gong forward, thats my goal. Wish me luck!!

Plain and simple, I was inspried by her will to achieve her goal. Proof positive that what ever the mind can conceive, you can achieve. That and a great personality, the lady is an all around champ!
I order from this resturant by my job damn near every day. Its to the point that they know my voice when i call. No need to ask for address and phone number, because its almost like i'm part of the family.
Competition...well since I am in a chapter for the American Criminal justice Asso. I have to got to one conference a year and I decided to go the one in Portland OR in March. I am doing the fitness comp and maybe the firearm one too.
Two I have been trying to lose all this weight over the last three years. I am almost done my transformation,soI am treating myself to a sexy photoshoot.
While I had two C-section, a bi lateral on my breast, a breast reduction, 2-tubual liason, and a tummy tuck with a removal of a hernia. So I have a lot of scars.
I am fine just trying to pack. I will be moving soon and I have to get it together. I just been very busy and tired it is cool though once i am moved I will be okay.
