How I Started:
I use to bike everywhere usaly about 10 miles a day, but since i got a motorbike i have goten very un fit. My asthma is getting worse, i get out of breath easily also i am feeling very tiered lately (might be because of lack of sleep).
Why I Love It:
Feeling Better In My Self And Being Able To See That I Am Achieving My Goal Everytime I Do An Extra Rep Or Extra Weights, Also I Like Like As I see It As My Own Time To Think About Things..
How I Stay Motivated:
I joined a gym today (2/1/09) that is full of bodybuilders and people like myself that are just wanting to gain muscle, so looking at the body builders and imagining that could be me one day and looking at the skinny people and thinking thats what i was like. i also joined this site as recomended by a friend.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
john cena, Lee Priest (not a celeb but he is in my eyes) because these to guys are small but still huge, im only small myself.

hahaha oh bro thats no gud. Maybe after abit of bulking nd cutting u cud get back out thea nd paralyse sum1 else! jus kiddn lol. Ive got a big season coming up so im trying to get as strong as i can before we start up!
aw thats orsum as man. As long as u feel improvement then thats got to be positive!. I hav the sorest legs atm haha been duing sum killer lunges for rugby training. Have u herd of the game rugby??

haha allgud mate, im fairly new to this sorta stuff ae, but in the few months of training ive done ive noticed sum results already. With patience and motivation you will be a solid tank before u know it! :D
