I was tired of being 120 pounds, skinny fat, and depressed with how I look. I needed a change.
Why I Love It:
Because it's 'my' time, it's just me and the weights. Nothing else matters - any problem in any aspect of my life I may be going through just momentarily leaves me, it's gone. It's how I destress.
How I Stay Motivated:
All the positive changes I see in the mirror!

seems like you have the right workout, might i suggest taking some supplements. i've been trying to gain weight and there is no way i would be able to do it without supplements! You have the definition, if you put on more muscle then you will find burning fat is easier
Solid tightly muscled body with very good definition . Nice peaks on arms, good chest/pecs, nice lats and a back getting thickly muscled. Regular training program and solid diet with eat will certainly add on all the muscle you want. Continued success. Andre
