May, 2009
How I Started:
I actually started lifting weights when i was in high school, at the age of 14 or 15, but I never really did it religiously... I only started taking it dead seriously the beginning of this month.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results and weight lifting definitely gives results.. Other than the obvious alpha male stereotype that i would like to fall under, I love lifting because it is an amazing stress reliever and it keeps me busy and my immune strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results motivate me more than anything else But also I am teaching myself self discipline and bodybuilding is the best way to start.. If i can succeed with this then i can do anything else i put my mind to.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing really other than seeing results soon after starting.

Basically i want to make any item of clothing wether new or with 100 holes in it... and i want to look like i have not eaten an ounce of fat for ten years..
Goal (Long):
I am currently slightly overweight. I have been lifting casually for a couple of years now and i now weight 85kg's. I won't say that i want to gain or lose weight, i just want to replace the fat with lean muscle. Basically i want to look meaner. I guess i do in fact want to gain weight because i want to become bulkier. I have recently started weight lifting religiously and am taking several supplements including creatine monohydrate and amino stack. I also take muscle fuel (a protein shake). i Think I am finally starting to make decent progress since i started taking the gym seriously. I want to shred all the excess bodyfat.
I have been at it for the past couple of months and in the beginning i just simply was not seeing any results whatsoever.. But even though I was not seeing any results, i kept at it, kept refining my diet and training and even my supplementation, never giving up.. And now finally I am starting...
Thats a good attitude, I like it when people use my progress as their motivation. I'd be happy if you did a great transformation as well. How are your workouts going?
Relationship problems? Yeah, those brought my training to a stop about two months ago. Its hard getting up after something like that. But coming online and seeing how everyone is pushing it, that's enough motivation for me. (Also, the compliments are GR8. lol)
By the way, I just checked out your progress photos. Great job! You can see the difference. Don't stop working, the big time results are just around the corner
I just posted pics this Monday. Unfortunately, I took a BIG step backwards. I had a pretty serious injury recently that prevented me from training, and I didn't know how to handle it. See my bodyblog page for more. But I am back at it this week and know for a fact my transformation is going to blow everyone's minds!!!!
nice job man. I think I might be changing my goals soon. I want to lose weight in my gut, but if that gut goes away I wouldn't mind gaining some muscle mass in my arms and chest, which would be a weight gain since muscle weighs more than fat, but great job on losing weight man, keep it up
check out www.fitday.com, if you go there and type in a food it will give you a rough estimate of what the food has in it. it has different ways of cooking it and everything with different calorie counts. It is pretty difficult at first but it gets easier. Check it out
I've been told its all about calories-in vs. calories-out. If you can figure out what your balance level is, just eat 200-300 calories less than that (preferably less in fat and carbs). And see if you can lose that way. Chicken and broccoli is good but it takes a ton of strength to be able to eat the same thing over and over everday forever
Haha, thanks, I got all of my macro numbers in line to start cutting weight so by this friday you should see my weight drop 1-3 lbs. I'm just ready to get rid of that gut.
Whats up man. Yeah I've got a few pictures taken so far, I'm just to embarrased to post them up honestly, haha. Thanks for hollerin at me though, I'll def keep you updated and hit you up with support. holler
