Hey well, im gonna be starting animal pack tommorow, along with muscle techs VAPOR and Nitro-Tech and some fusion shut eye before bed for some sweet dreams :P im excited to start this muscle gaining stack i will let you know how it goes
how is your training coming? im uping the level of weights now and my 2000 chest workouts are now a weekly event. im doing this until October and then i am switching it to back and will make a routine for my back this way. my leg work out for 2000 reps are done now once a month. how you doing? train hard, play harder. I am confused... I dropped 9 Lbs but I went up 1% Bodyfat… Is this the way Keto nutrition works like?

Your starting-point stats are similar to mine, we share the ultimate transformation goal. My setback right now is I have thousand ?? on -correct- nutrition and training to gain lean muscle and cut. After tons of research I am on Keto right now (in my BodyBlog). I have had the help of a pal… I have ALL THE DISPOSITION & FAITH; sometimes is the uncertainty if I am doing the -correct- steps towards the objective!! Am I eating too many calories per day? ?? How is your diet? Stay in touch…
Wow!!! You should be really proud of yourself. You really transformed your self fast. If you have time let me know what you did for nutrition. I bet you it had a lot to do with changing your carbohydrate intake. Am I right? Bye the way nice to see a fellow canadian on here. I am one of those poor english Canadians living in Quebec.
what's the difference? everytime you enter the gym you do 4 sets to 8-12 on every body part, even if you do 25reps per set you still not taking your muscle to failure. all i can tell you is to try it and do full range of motion to 100reps by 4sets times four exercises for just one muscle group and then tell me how you feel? if you do my leg workout you won't be able to do legs for a week if not more. jeff
sorry I missed replying,I'm very impressed dude with your sick progress, amazing is all I could say. I was sick throughout April and part of May. Back at it for last 3 weeks feels good. I'm doing the 6 month challenge and looking forward to it.
