How I Started:
Started working out a lot for college lacrosse then got so into lifting that I decided to start bodybuilding
Why I Love It:
I love the discipline it takes and all of the results you get from working so hard.The feeling I get when i workout keeps me wanting to go back every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm never satisfied with myself and never pat myself on the back so there is always room for improvement no matter what. It's easy to keep at it when my friends and family are as supportive as they are. Getting sponsors who beleive in me and my future also motivates me to work even harder.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i sit infront of my computer for about a half hour before i workout and watch bodybuilding videos, such as old mr. olympias or videos of some of my favorite bodybuilders working out to inspire me
hey bro I am switching up my program moving to 6 days a week of hardcore running and swimming. 3 days aweek weights with super sets and medium weight and reps. my major goal is to shred up drop from 14% bf to 6-8% bf over time. what do you think of that ? will it work . I am gonna postr a draft plan up soon and I would love your take on it when its posted . it will spell out all my cardio and all my weights amd exercises . How are ya?
Lester, you were one of the first to add me when I logged on a few months ago. I have finally motivated myself to work on my site here, and getting back to everyone who added me. For a 20 year old you are jacked. It is awesome to see you get started early in life and you have certainly built a solid foundation. No doubt the sky is the limit for you!
