I worked out with my uncle for a few months in 03 but didnt stick with it. I'm back Unc!
Why I Love It:
Working out is therapeutic for me. I put in the work with the weights and my body pays me...in full!

Living life is my motivation. Less is more with me. Keep it simple and keep it pushing.

I dont have a specific workout program except for the days i do bodyparts. I do as many reps as possible and as many sets as possible every time. I workout at home so more often than not I do more than 1 workout in a day. Some days I workout once and some days I workout up to 3 times. The key...

Thanks bro..I took muscle juice 2600 which is a high cal protein drink..I also had to force eat and a lot..I was taking in about 5000 cals a day, 600-700 carbs and about 320 protein and 150-160 fats.. It got old but it did give me a lot of mass..

Thanks bro..Yep, I did no cardio, its dumb to do cardio if you are after an all out bulk..I kept training abs 3 days a week, I used weight, I like thick abs.. My bodyfat only got to 9.7%. I was in shock over that, I was thinking I would be about 13%..
