Thanks bro..I took muscle juice 2600 which is a high cal protein drink..I also had to force eat and a lot..I was taking in about 5000 cals a day, 600-700 carbs and about 320 protein and 150-160 fats..

Thanks bro..Yep, I did no cardio, its dumb to do cardio if you are after an all out bulk..I kept training abs 3 days a week, I used weight, I like thick abs..
My bodyfat only got to 9.7%.
