My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

I dont have a specific workout program except for the days i do bodyparts. I do as many reps as possible and as many sets as possible every time. I workout at home so more often than not I do more than 1 workout in a day. Some days I workout once and some days I workout up to 3 times. The key for me is to keep it pushing til I cant do anymore. My week looks like this....

Monday = Chest, Abs
Tuesday = Back, Abs
Wednesday = Legs, Cardio
Thursday = Bi's, Tri's
Friday = Shoulders, Abs
Saturday = Off
Sunday = off

If my job schedule interferes with my workout I alternate days accordingly!
