I just want to look good for as long as possible. Hopefully, i'll inspire the people around me to pick up and maintain a healthy lifestyle of diet and excercise.

I dont have a specific workout program except for the days i do bodyparts. I do as many reps as possible and as many sets as possible every time. I workout at home so more often than not I do more than 1 workout in a day. Some days I workout once and some days I workout up to 3 times. The key...
Hi! Finally someone from CT! That's great. I really look forward to repairing my body to a previous version, but better. Thanks for your support, it's so greatly appreciated... seriously! Off to the gym as I finish typing this!
yea, but those are high gylycemic carbs...this is for sugar free sweets. It took me several years to get where I wanted, magazines, titles, and persistence.
I think it's a combo of my training and consistently using CytoV2 and Mitotropin. Those are the two newest supps I have added. The other like SizeOn is great for recovery and added strength...SuperPump250 just gets me there. And the Myofusion and IntraPro proteins taste so good, I am creating new chocolate desserts that keep my sweet tooth at bay.
Well, to be honest I never took fat burners before, only here and there...but not consistently. And right now my legs are completey in and I have never seen the muscles before, so I have less fat on my legs....
I have really seen some positive changes in my performance and overall conditioning since I have been using a complete stack of supplements. Kirstin is a sweetie! And beautiful too.:)
I have a question for ya ...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that schedule will actually get me results?
