How I Started:
I got gastric bypass surgery in January of 2008. I was tired of being over 300 pounds and decided it was not the way I wanted to be anymore. It feels great to have lost over 160 pounds so now it time to work out and get fit for life and get the body that I really want.
Why I Love It:
after every workout its a great sense of accomplishment and gives you an awesome natural high.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend keeps me motivated. He has been with me since I was about 228 pounds so he sees all the milestones and makes me feel great about it. He works out too and its awesome to just look good together. I also want to be a great role model for my son and working out and eating clean shows him some great habits for the future.
