14 years old..and extremely overweight. This was me at my worst. I was around 220lbs at this time. This picture really motivates me to make sure i always work hard in the gym

This is after a few months of working out..mainly cardio. I didn't do any weight training yet, and my diet stayed about the same, which is why theres not much progress
