Every time i look in the mirror i see that im getting results and starting to look how i've always wanted
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself of how out of shape i used to be, and that i never want to be like that again.

14 years old..and extremely overweight. This was me at my worst. I was around 220lbs at this time. This picture really motivates me to make sure i always work hard in the gym
I want to increase my overall strength, while adding muscle size and decreasing body fat all at once. Its a lot of work, but i'm willing to do as much as i can to accomplish these goals.
I'm just now starting to get really serious about lifting weights and gaining muscle. For the past 2 years my main focus has been on losing weight. I had success with this and have lost almost 70lbs in 3 years. However now that I'm no longer overweight I want to add muscle to my frame.
Crazy transformation so far, really impressive. Keep it up, it's awesome to see people that know they want to change and actually do something about it. Congrats on your progress.
