How I Started:
I got started about a year ago with a 12 week transformation to melt away my bodyfat and got amazing results, so I decided I'd start this year off by finishing what I started.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of getting healthier, stronger, faster, and more agile. I love the confidence it gives you and the attention you get from that confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated has been the most difficult part of working out for me. It's all to easy to lose focus and to be content with the progress you've made. I find it best to set short, medium and long-term goals.
BB Accomplishments:
In about 18 weeks I hope to climb Half Dome in Yosemite. Not quite a bodybuilding accomplishment nor something I've done yet, but hey.

Goal (Long):
After graduating college, I've wanted to start tackling the things that I've found really matter to me. Because I was so busy in school, especially towards the end, I found myself putting my goal of achieving a black belt and becoming competitive in martial arts more and more to the wayside. Hiking has also been virutally non-existant in my life. My moderate-range goal is to scale Half Dome in Yosemite at the end of may. My long-term goal is to be able to compete in martial arts in a kickboxing, grappling, or MMA format.

I just thought that I would drop by and wish you much success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used Body for Life, which is a 12-week program. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. Always believe in your own inner strength and push yourself to be the best that you can be.
