Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury,tendonitis in my elbows, back strain
I stopped the exercises that caused the problem,cut down on the amount of weight and worked on my form.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Trying to lift to much weight which effects their form.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Bench press because people usually try to use alot of weight.

I am taking about a 4 day break from lifting weights because my back is sore from work.Plus I figure I need to the little rest break anyways.I will do cardio though and I will try to do about 1 hour and a half a day not including playing basketball.So I will see how much progress I can get...

well this is more or less for after the show here. after the show here, I will be 6 weeks out from my photo shoots and show in the states. I want a new one to try in that span..not for the next 2 weeks, silly.
