Background

When I Started: Aug 2009
HOW I STARTED:

Started going gym with my friends august 2009 just as a hobby, then started to enjoy it and found i had a real passion for it!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love body building cause it give me something to look forward "gym", i can help people with it aswell e.g. diets, workoutplans etc, there is loads of reasons i could say, but the main ones ae probably self-confidence, health, look and feel good, its a passion
