My brother had a set of dumbells that went up to about 10kgs lol, so I started using them when I was really young and didnt know anything.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of the pump and the next day the muscle ache is lovely to touch...
I like seeing progress I've made and gains in my physical attributes
How I Stay Motivated:

i'm impressed bro - i hit up 50kg's in each arm (100kilo) dumbell bench 8 rep the other day psyched as hell! got some gaspari superpump 250 you need to try this **** it sends you physcho. Doing loads of back as well at the moment.
haha! the picture is quite deluding - bad angle lol! Yeah - I've never done a one rep max in my life - don't see the point in doing it if you can't rep it. I can only make 1 8rep set with 110, and use standard 20kg bar.
yeah - I can bench 8 reps of 110kg at the moment, but i tend to do more pyramid sets, drop sets and press variations as well as just beasting the heavy weights
Dude - disloacetd my shoulder 5 times and told I neede surgery - you have to do physio or it just keeps coming out! 120 kg bench sounds pretty good - are u talking 1rep max or an actual rep weight?
