Leogirl75 created a new BodyBlog entry "Need help!".

New here to this blog/website but I need help.  I am wanting to do a fitness model competition in November.  I have always been super fit (well for my size) and building muscle has always been a challenge.  I am 5"7" and 3 weeks ago was at 113lbs (all muscle) with 8.9% body fat.  I have since tried to eat more but instead of building muscle, I have gained fat.  I look constantly bloated in my stomach and I now have love handles, thou my legs are more defined... rounder_d Your best bet is probably to do a online google search for a bikini coach as they should deff be some in your area. If your looking to gain some muscle it's crucial you get enough protein to build. Also I have always recommended basic compound lifts especially squats and dead lifts for females as it incorporates multiple muscles and has a very good effect on leaning out and overall muscle size.
