It is the same with a pound of feather compare to a pound of lead. The volume of feathers takes up a lot more space, so as you loose a pound of fat you will see 4 times the size change as if you lost a pound of muscle. I hope that make more sense.

Hey, I would only do a weight once a month along with your measurements. It is possible to cycle 8lbs just in water weight. The key is size also muscle an almost 1 to 4 ratio to fat as far as volume, that being said you may initially increase weight and size before the fat starts shedding... just stick to a weight loss diet and you should be loosing a 1 lbs a week if not more. Good luck and keep to it....

Hey, that is not fair to yourself, it takes time to loose weight and it will happen if you focus on your diet. Go go go... it will happen

Yeah, I did not do so well on either account, I had alcohol, coffee and waayyyyy to much food. But hey every once in awhile that is okay. I did loose 3lbs.....okay maybe that would be water weight but its wishful thinking, good luck with the caffine kick.
