Sports, Started lifting in high school but did not really get into it till later. Have always been slightly overweight and wanted to change my ratio's.
Why I Love It:
I am an adrenaline junkey.
How I Stay Motivated:
That is a tough one, I think it has a lot to do with trying to stay thinner than I use to be and the adrenaline, so basically selfesteem and adrenaline junky.

actually pretty good. i was doing pyramid and slacked off on cardio. stopped seeing weight loss results, then started again with HIIT and am seeing better results. will post pics in about 2 weeks. how about u man?
For the most part. I was at 39% bodyfat back in may and am now at 32%. I'm psyched because I only have to lose another 5inches off my waist and I can enlist. Thanks for askin.
you can still drink a good brew and cut your body fat down, i drink beer around 2-3 days out of the week but I usually drink when i play a sport so i think it really negates the whole empty carbs session that most people have to deal with when your just having a session brew.
Thanks for the comment. I know I weigh myself to often and am staring at the scale but I just want it to go backwards is all. Can you elaborate a little more on the muscle volume. I'm not really following what you are saying.
