How I Started:
I had always done bodybuilding but I started a family and lost alot of what I had. After I found that my kids were wearing me out I found it time to go back. I was always active as a kid. You know Baseball, track, football, wrestling. Heck I even did a season as a stuntman. (Thats male cheerleader if you didn't know) I even hit the weights as a kid. Back yard, school gym etc. Why did I even get lazy? Good question. No answer.
Why I Love It:
Gives me a place to get away from it all. Well that and I'm seeing my body change every day. Good and bad sometimes. Love to see that muscle grow and grow.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my kids and tell myself that this is for them and not for me. I have never really done anything for me. Maybe I should start. I've come to the conclusion that I'm the only one who can drag me out of bed and get on that Treadmill at 4:30 AM. And then have the crazy notion that I need to get on there at 9 PM also....guess I'm just a little crazy about it now.
BB Accomplishments:
Back in 2005 I had a personal best of a clean 500 Lbs deadlift. It showed me that a kid with scoliosis can accomplish anything. Now I get to add that I have lost a total of 50 lbs!!!! Where did it all go.
Next: Now my abs are showing and makeing there way to the top. How cool is that?.?.

Goal (Long):
Just get it right. I'm a firm believer that you get out of it what you put in. Give your 100% effort then realise that you could have given more. Not rocket science here people. Eat right, train right and damn it live right. It will take all of those to see your true potential.
Completely down to earth and knows how to rip it up. I would take advice from this woman any day of the week. Hardcore but still can make you feel like your on top of the world. Thanks Uschi.
Well what can I say but I have not been in the gym for way to long now. Still hitting the tread mill but to may things keep coming up. The latest was my son last night decided to take a header out of my truck. Good 4 foot fall straight on his head to the pavement. Well there was 5 hours...

Just got back from Houston. Been gone since last week and had little opportunity to workout. Diet suffered too. Kinda had a set back but plan to kick butt again beginning tomorrow. What's new with you besides that disgusting 30 inch waist? ;)

LOL..oh yeah, I'm alive and kicking.. well sort of..haha.. I'm in the middle of selling my house and buying a condo so I've had to put workouts on hold temporarily but it seems like you're doing enough work for two in the gym! :-)

Ya know, the quads arent bad. You last pposted them in February and they looked a little thicker then, but it could be the camera angle. Remember how wrong I was about the arms.

mine is really bad. im pale everywhere else. so when i wear the muscle t or tank at the gym, the rest of me is blinding! not a pretty sight. but thanks to a precancerous mole i had removed, i cant use tanning beds anymore.
