Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Gym or studio. I only dance and trick these days, I haven't lifted weights for some time now. As long as I have a floor, mirror and my ipod - I'm sorted!

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Ruptured discs with cauda equina syndrome. I was overseas when it happened so I didn't get it checked for a month. I started working out (carefully) 1 week later - not so smart. I ended up having about 6 months off. I'm not meant to do a lot of things but I don't like having restrictions placed upon me. I believe I recovered quickly because I wanted to, because I'm young and healthy and becuase there was no way anything was going to stop me from dancing.
