Not the starting point. I was chubby first, then got down to 115 pounds, and very skinny. Started weightlifting in Oct 06, and this was taken in Jan 07, at about 119 pounds.

Sad on progress, though I have been religious in my training and dieting. Probably inadequate recovery time. But my upper back (which cannot be seen and I don't have a before picture of) has done a lot better.

I've definitely put on more muscle, but I've also put on more fat. Need to slim down some. My legs are doing better, but still really a weak spot.
