Monday: Cardio, weights w/chest,bi and tri's,shoulders
Tuesday: Cardio, weights w/legs,back,abs
Wednesday: Cardio, weights w/chest,bi and tri's,shoulders
Thursday: Cardio, weights w/legs,traps, abs
Friday: Cardio, weights w/chest,bi and tri's,shoulders
Saturday: Cardio, light weights w/bi and tri's, lats, abs
Sunday: Cardio, no weights
