I love the challenge of keeping control of your body and making every workout harder than the last.

Im almost done with the ten week size surge program. About two weeks left then il let you know my results.
Goal (Long):
Trying to work on brute strength on my big lifts like bench, squat, and deadlift. Then il be able to lift heavier when I go back to my usual bodybuilding style routine.
Why I like this video: Some people dont like the music but i dont think there is anything better than some metal and muscle to get you pumped for a workout.
Hey whats up everyone. Im trying to get info on what types of supplements im aloud to use if i want to compete in natural competitions. I mean ive seen naturals take stuff like leukic and others. Can you take testosterone supplements? Been trying to find info on the net but not finding...
Basically I only have the basics planned out. I like to keep mixing it up every week. For example one week il do 3 heavy sets of 6-8 and the next il go lighter and do sets of 12-15 or even 15-20. If i do straight sets one week the next il do a pyramid or a drop set or supersets. I never do...
Thanks for the comment Leino... Hope I'm doing right. BUT, I'm sure I don't have your genetics dude... lol! Hope we can see soon pics of yourself on stage.
Well, it's hard for me to eat when i'm not hungry, specially 'cos I'm eating as much whole foods as possible. No gainer powders. My complex carbs come from yams, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta & potatoes. Some simple sugars after working out (honey). My protein comes from whey, chicken breasts, tuna, steak and pork (lean cuts)
What's up J? Thanks for stopping by. Whatcha doin' now? Bulking up? Dude, you gained 40 pounds in ur first year of training??!... Damn! You've got the genetics man, keep it up!
Thanks for the add. Keep adding both muscle and definition and watch the diet and I'll bet you within a year you'll be ready. Short time really. Keep us updated. Andre
You're welcome - yeah I'm from the opposite end of the state near the Ohio border. I try to stay dedicated and I'm sure you do, too. Keep on growing through the winter!
Wow-you gained 40lbs in your first year of training? You're off to a great start. Your pics are a little dark, but from what I see you've got a solid physique and are well on your way to competion! Keep up the good work.
