How I Started:
Years ago when I was about 16 I have gotten a membership at a near by gym in my home town.. I had seen body builders and muscle bound fitness fanatics in the past and I wanted that too, so I started not too sure what I was doing going to the gym and working out.. doing what I could, then I had stopped going for a while then I had a dedication build up over that time then went back to the gym and started hitting the gym hard, and then by the time I was 18 I was built strong and solid.. I had missed out about 6 months after that for moving reasons.. I lost just about all my mass, and built back up to what I am now.. and well now then some more defined
Why I Love It:
I give you something to hold on to, and get and stay healthy in a fun active way, and well of coarse it's leading to my life time goal
How I Stay Motivated:
Funny but ..Im a BIG fan of Rusty Jeffers and I have a back ground of him posing from one of his competitions I see it when I'm on my laptop and well I think about what I'm achieving by working out, and what I could look like and all that helps out tremendously
BB Accomplishments:
Well major physique improvement, and for some reason my strength is not completely hitting my physique.. Im alot stronger than what I show.. I don't know any of my max weight workouts.. I feel they are pointless, but my regular workout weights are what alot of people especially my age are doing as their max

I want to reach body weight of at least 180 (currently 165) hit a empowering daily routine that will maximize my workouts.. and increase my muscle physique I want to be able to just take a glimpse of myself and see a different body.. more muscle bound, stronger, solid
