I got bullied a lot in school. So I joined boxing when I was 90 pounds in grade 10. Within a year I and everyone notice that I started to progress muscle wise WAY more than all the other boxers and I never even touched weights. Then since I found out I was good at gaining muscle by eating junk food and doing cardio. I started lifting weights and eating right. Got bigger, beat the bullies and lived on.
Why I Love It:
Mainly because I get attention from it. But thats mainly why I actually keep going. I love the pump, the gym people, the gym, the health, and the overall lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch video's and flex in the mirror till I go flat.
BB Accomplishments:
Started at 90 pounds when I joined boxing, bulked eventually to 205, cut down to 170 as of now.

I want to get bigger and leaner progressively without ever going backwards.
This is my competition diet. I have been using a trial and error basis to make this diet for myself since November 2007. The meaning of my dieting is not to lose fat fast. Rather I made it to gain lean mass while cutting. Also another gutsy thing I included here is that I DID NOT...
