How I Started:
I started lifting with my friends after school. It just really was something that I had been missing out on.
Why I Love It:
THE PUMP! When you feel a pump it's like something you've never felt before. I also LOVE the feeling after working out - when my muscles are just tired and twitching... it means you've gotten something important done.
How I Stay Motivated:
ROCKY!!! Listening to good music while working out (especially during cardio), working out with a close friend, seeing other guys bigger than me at the gym, impressing people
BB Accomplishments:
300 lb. squat at age 15 (180 lbs.), 200 lb. bench at age 15 (180 lbs.), 11 % Bodyfat
