How I Started:
I used to swim and play waterpolo in High school, but my college didn't offer either as a competitive sport. I always loved working out, and the absence of competitive sports led me to the gym.
Why I Love It:
Great confidence booster, and just fun to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror never lies.
BB Accomplishments:
I have always had a weak chest, so breaking 200 on bench press was a major accomplishment. My strength gains and confidence in my abilities have continued to rise, and I'm loving it.

Goal (Overall):
I want to continue my body overhaul, and compete next year.
Goal (Long):
My goals have previously been focused more on gaining muscle mass. I have gone from 190 lbs to 260 lbs in the last year and 4 months. My current goals are to reduce my bodyfat from 19% to 10%, while maintaining my lean muscle. My ideal body is around 230 lbs @ 10% bodyfat. By next season (2010), I want to compete in an amateur event.
