Lat Pull Down 10x4
Chinups 8x4
Bentover BB row 10x4
BW dips 10x4
Tricep Pulldowns 10x4
Preacher Curls 10x4
Concentration Curls 10x4

Tuesday\Friday:
Squat 5x5
Leg Ext 10x4
Leg Curl 10x4
Calve Raises 10x4
Shrugs 10x4
Military Press 8x4
Side Laterals 10x4
Hyperextensions 10x4

Moving onto more advanced workout soon... good gains off current one.
