Aint been able to eat for about 3 days and lift for about 5/6.

Feeling pretty larthargic n worried about how much weight ive lost.

Hopefully it'll regain easily

Hi, I was wondering do you ever get shoulder clicks when you workout or when you rest? I get them every so often when i move my arm in a certain way (no pain though). Have you experienced anything similar?

Nice Arms for your weight. Your workout has a crazy amount of volume. I only do about 15 sets a workout!

Hey man great progress. u have changed heaps since u started that b4 and after pick is great, big changes u have obviously worked hard keep up the good work. r u bulking at the moment? if so how many calories per day u eat?

hey mate! thanks heaps hey :-D for back i found that once i started the standing barbell rows it started getting a lot wider. i also do dumbbell rows, cable rows, lat pulldowns, and pullups. Your progress is looking good too mate! where do u train? Cheers, Paul
