I'm an Ex Army Physical Training Instructor. I've always loved fitness and sport however in recent years, life unfortunately took over! I've been training again for about a year now. However I broke my wrist snowboarding in January so i've lost quite a few of my gains
Why I Love It:
I love training, it focusses the mind. Release any agression and training in Dorian Yates gym, i'm learning constantly which is equally as gratifying
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep looking at all the other guys on here thinking..... I hate em!.....no more sugar in my tea.....give me more chicken and put another couple of plates on that barbell!!! lol ;)

LOL! I have 3 snowboarders in my house, all have suffered injuries including broken arms (see boarding video on my profile page).Still a fun sport though! Happy training!
