Ya here again and yes this weight comes off very slow. Anybody have any ideas how to get my metabolism running like a champ. I need to stoke this fire!
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my "back transition" photos in my blog, Lee. 6 months of EAT..SLEEP...LIFT...CARDIO combination. AND PATIENCE!! Good luck in your quest, as well. Looks like your cardio program is well underway. jeff.
Man I do cardio maybe twice a week. But ugghh...looks like you're not to bad yourself...after a few weeks of cardio and not so many carbs...you gone be off the chain!
To reveal your abs you have to do both cardio and diet. They say abs are made in the kitchen and that is a fact. You need to find out your BMR ten do some serious cardio and calorie dropping. Well not too serious right off the bat. Say go 250 cals below your maintenance level. Diet Diet Diet. As cardio goes HIIT at least three to four times a week.
i dont count caloric but i eat lean meat the leanes u can get will be good keep carbs low unless u see your self geting real flat lots of water i can give u some number on the u should eat if u let me know somthing and your not that far off u can see your abs just need u fine tune your food a lil so when ie your show
Hahaha, thanks Lee for that encouragement! I joined a gym about 5 weeks ago after working out at home for a couple of years with only dumbbells without much success -- too many distractions. So I'm really enjoying the gym right now. Unfortunately for the most part, I'm not terribly sore the next day (an unrealistic sign of a good workout lol) Maybe at the end of the month I'll post updated pix.
Thank you for visiting my blog titled "Magic in a bottle," and leaving your reponse. I wish you much success and look forward to watching your progress.
