I wanted to lose some body fat and get jacked and gain more muscle mass.

dortega87 hey man, haven't been on here that much. I am a big fan of the jump rope, but if that doesn't seem to work for you mix it up a little. One of my favorite ways to get my metabolism boosted is to go jogging on an empty stomach. That way you are purely attacking fat cells. Nov 26, 2011 10:53am
