I'm sorry I don't answer more comments. I rarely read bodyspace. I'm pretty good about answering my PM's and I've answered questions about my training probably a hundred times. Right now I am doing a version of Westside for Skinny Bastards which is at www.defrancostraining.com if you'd like to read it. I also do high intensity cardio 5 times a week. I do weighted ab and oblique exercises 1-2 times a week and non-weighted circuits 1-2 times a week.

You dwarf me dude, I just look big because I have a tan and really low bodyfat. Don't sell yourself short lol your arms are gigantic.

Hey bro, I'm sorry it took me so long to reply. You're looking good! As far as my abs go, weighted ab work has helped me a lot. My favourite exercise is weighted crunches on a stability ball (using a rope on the same place you do pushdowns, as low as you can set it) I also think that planks or horizontal bridges help you out big time as far as reducing the waistline goes, by strengthening the transverse abdominis (or however you spell that shit.. lol)
