Workout Program:
I decided to post this because I get a lot of PM's. This is what I do in the weightroom exactly:

Monday:

Bench press variation (bench, incline barbell, or close grip bench) 3 sets of 5. On the last set if I am able to get more than 5 reps I will increase the weight by 5lbs next...

I'm sorry I don't answer more comments. I rarely read bodyspace. I'm pretty good about answering my PM's and I've answered questions about my training probably a hundred times. Right now I am doing a version of Westside for Skinny Bastards which is at www.defrancostraining.com if you'd like to read it. I also do high intensity cardio 5 times a week. I do weighted ab and oblique exercises 1-2 times a week and non-weighted circuits 1-2 times a week.
