I dont have a max goal for squat but id like to bead my PR of 315x12...so maybe 405x8 or something like that, my knee has ben bothering me so i havnt ben able to hit squats hard like i want to.

Well when im stressed or have had a bad day and can go and take out al my anger on the weights and that prevents me from blowing up at my family

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?

THAT'S AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I am so impressed! Must feel so good. DOing great over here. Just did my pro debut in Nov. Now prepping for an April show; going hard and heavy just like I like it!!!! :)
Right now im doing ed coans program for bench and deadlift and my other days im doing mostly compound movements for shoulders and legs, Im training 4 days a week. To get your power clean up you have to improve your hamstring strength, if your deadlift goes up your power clean goes up.
I saw the picture of you lifting that tractor tire in your gallery. That is exactly like the tire I use in my workouts! LOL! Actually, if I ever wanted to do something like that I'd probably have to use my son's old tricycle tire. Very impressive!
nah, Bro me and Momma both got touch of some kinda crud...so we're jus kinda layin' around...I miss the gym there but, other than that you can have that place!!
bein a lazy sob today.....Momma's cookin breakfast at 11:00 am ...might go to the gym...might not...probably gonna BBq though... playin hell gettin used to this life again.
