My short term goal is to get to the gym 5-6 times a week, with some days being 2x training sessions. I want to lose 1-2 lbs per week until I reach my goal.
My new short term goal is to hit 180-185lbs, 10%-12 BF. My long term goal is 200-210lbs, 10% BF. I want to be half the size of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was around 19 years old.
To stay motivated and keep training hard and follow my training program. Eventually i want to compete in Fitness/Bikini model competitions or in figure.
