I have a small frame so I did not gain muscle or look like some of the other kids at school. I started to lift and saw the results and have been addicted ever since.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me satisfaction in my appearance and also keeps my energy levels at a healthy level. I love the energy level in gyms.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realize my goals and my desire for something more. I will never be satisfied with how I look.
I want to be proud when I look in the mirror and say you made this happen!
Goal (Long):
Balance out my muscles. I want to be evened out on both sides. I want to put on size and gain weight. Goal weight is 225 lbs. I want to start training like I mean it and want to work hard for what it is i'm trying to accomplish.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 34 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

Morning and afternoon workouts. I am using these splits chest/bi/tri, shoulder/back, legs. Abs every day both workouts. No days off. cardio every other evening. cross between running and swimming.

thanks bro, im stationed in south korea right now, and i have 10 and a half months to go, right now i only weigh 155 lbs, my goal is to come back to the states weighing at least 175, if you have any tips on just weight gain or mass building hit me back, kinda new to the gym scene. peace
