How I Started: I have a small frame so I did not gain muscle or look like some of the other kids at school. I started to lift and saw the results and have been addicted ever since.
Why I Love It: Working out gives me satisfaction in my appearance and also keeps my energy levels at a healthy level. I love the energy level in gyms.
How I Stay Motivated: Realize my goals and my desire for something more. I will never be satisfied with how I look.

Sorry I haven't got back with ya. I've been away for a while. I had back surgery last fall and had to have it again a few weeks ago. They had to fix some things they missed the first time around. So to answer your question...the training hasn't been going good..or at all for that matter. I'mm still looking to get back into it and compete in a year or two depending on the back situation. Time will tell.
