How I Started:
I have a small frame so I did not gain muscle or look like some of the other kids at school. I started to lift and saw the results and have been addicted ever since.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me satisfaction in my appearance and also keeps my energy levels at a healthy level. I love the energy level in gyms.

Realize my goals and my desire for something more. I will never be satisfied with how I look.

Morning and afternoon workouts. I am using these splits chest/bi/tri, shoulder/back, legs. Abs every day both workouts. No days off. cardio every other evening. cross between running and swimming.

thanks bud i appreciate it!! same to you to man. im from southwest michigan only like 20 mins from notre dame, south bend. but fall of 2009 i plan to play div. 1 at oakland for baseball near rochester hills which is less then 5 mins. from the palace where the pistons play. What about yourself?

thanks bro, im stationed in south korea right now, and i have 10 and a half months to go, right now i only weigh 155 lbs, my goal is to come back to the states weighing at least 175, if you have any tips on just weight gain or mass building hit me back, kinda new to the gym scene. peace
