i was like that for some time didnt have a appetite at all just got to start eating small meal every two hrs then you start carving it i was super skinny also still im but doing better just got to push your self my problem is my body doesnt produce testone at all so im going throw treatment trying to help it stay normal

Pull ups and when those are easy do weighted pull ups. I'm doing 3 set of weighted Pull-ups with 70(45lb plate & 25lb plate) on the weightbelt(chained). Other that that do lat pull downs and low rows.
