How I Started: My dad did it a bit when he was younger to bulk up so he thought he might give me the oppotunity to start also.
Why I Love It: It gives you more confidence, keeps u healthy, fit and strong and also keeps me out of trouble.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking at pics before i started working out, people i havent seen in awhile comment on how uv changed and hopefully this site will keep me motivated.

I didnt really relise how skinny i actualy was until i saw photos of me standing nxt to a friend at the beach, from their i knew i didnt want to look like that any more.  Guna try work em more often.

Goal (Long): I'v always been the "skinny kid" and have always wanted to change but could never put on any size. I want to be 155-165lbs by end of 2009 and bench 200lbs+.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
No, just breathe pretty heavy on the final reps. It's anoying if people grunt really loud.

no probs man, i think we've both got pretty similar body types ay, its kinda annoying lol gotta eat soo soo much. thanks alot!, i just play in a band with some of my friends from school. but yeah i reckon in one more year of solid bulking both of us can get pretty swole :)

thanks, man. I wanna get o 20% bodyfat then bulk. No idea when that's gonna be, but since monday I've been eating gooooood and I've got 210g protein or more in my body the last couple days. We should be internet encouragement buddies…
