My training is doing wonderfull now that I have access to the gym. The great thing is that I even have someone taking the time with me at the gym showing how to rebuild my body the right way.

That's good, it's hard sometimes. I work 9-10hr days so it becomes very tiring to try and get 1.5hrs in the gym everyday but I manage it somehow? LOL. I am starting to see the muscle definition I have been longing for, lol! Workouts have been great and hard, just need to be stricter on that diet! Happy Training: Amber

Hey thank you yes those windshield wipers are fun right and really work you too:) If you don't already do them do the around the worlds as well your legs come up and around in a huge sweeping motion and for added difficulty you can stop at 3:00 and 9:00. CHEERS
