In high school, I was never really overweight. My lowest weight was 125 lbs, but was consistently 130-140 lbs. In 2006, I got pregnant with my first child. At the end of the pregnancy (August 12, 2007), I was 205 lbs. In February of 2008, I was down to 152 lbs. Shortly after that, I was pregnant again. My ending weight was 203 lbs. I am now at 180 lbs, 4 weeks after giving birth. I am very disgusted with my body right now and cannot fit into any of my old clothes. I would like to get down to 140 lbs...preferably by June.
Why I Love It:
I'm not a big fan of working out. It will be easier and more enjoyable after I get going.
How I Stay Motivated:
The biggest things that are going to keep motivated are:
1) I want to be healthy and look good for myself.
2) I need to be able to keep up with my kids!
3) I want to fit into my old clothes. No more sweats!
4) We're going to FL this summer, so I need to be in swimsuit shape!
5) My fiance is a personal trainer at a local gym, so he sees hott skinny chicks everyday. I want to be one of those!
6) I want my confidence back.

welcome to body space, keep ur goals in mind all the time, and with hard work u'll get there sooner than u think. i am not a pro or anything, but i am a student of the lifestyle , what i have learned is 5-6 small meals a day(don't go longer than 3 hrs without eating), weight lifting and cardio , seem to work best for me .well good luck
