How I Started: Been doing it for ages but kidding myself on, this time its regimented and serious. Enough is enough.
Why I Love It: The smell of sweat takes me high and fear keeps me lifting. Only kidding its cause it makes me look and feel better :-)

hey ian. i completely agree with you. without consistancy, there is no rapid improvement. thankyou for wishing me luck with my goal and with studies. i also hope that your goal is also achieved, to be as fit as a gymnast. that will be quite an achievement once it is accompliahed. do you think you could help me out in 2 wks time for putting 2gether a bit of a workout routine? greatly apprecited.
