Thanks Ian...I do agree, it sounds miserable...but I want to some day do Triathlons...plus, I have a little motivation...my bf's sister and his cousin are all going to do it together...we all live in different places but are using the same training program...so we will see how it goes. :) Have a great night!

Hey Ian! Yeah, I ran with my headphones anyway...I brought them in a bag and when I saw everyone else with theirs on, I wore mine...although I did take your recommendation of the "ghetto blaster" into consideration...but I thought it would really slow me down... LOL!!! Thanks for checking in on me! How are things on the other side of the pond??

Hey Ian! Awwh, you have a son? How old is he? I bet you are a great father! I am in Chicago for a couple days for work and it doesnt look like there will be much time for working out, so I have to make sure my eating is 100% clean...which I am sure wont happen...but I can try at least. Oh and ok, you have got to tell me what a "ghetoo blaster" is?!?!?! I have NEVER even heard of something like that!LOL!!! :)

Hey Ian! So how come training is going slow? Yeah, running is coming along well, on saturday I did 2.5!!! I couldnt believe it. My goals is to start running without music in November, I am nervous about it though to be honest...who knows what it will be like! Have a great week! :) talk to you soon! :)
